I found a $90k car online and purchased from 1,200 miles away, rolling the dice, really hoping for the best, and was incredibly surprised of the ease, and outstanding service from this sales team. The electronic paperwork was a tiny bit clunky while trying to upload proof of ID, however it was complete and thorough. This is the third time trying to post a review and they continually get deleted. How are they able to filter out negative online reviews? Service at this location is still horrible. If you can ever get through on the phone to make an appointment, you are winning. In the unlikely event that you sit in front of a service advisor and feel heard and are actually treated respectfully and fairly, you’ve really scored. Do not expect either at this location. Service here has ruined this brand for me

I have tried to follow up with this dealership on multiple occasions to request they get this resolved and they never follow up or return my calls or emails. If I could put zero stars I would. I drove 4 hours to see a car that they knew was sold 3 days prior. I had an appointment, I even spoke with the salesman before leaving on the drive. Everyone in the office is extremely nice. My only complaint is the cost of repairs on my vehicle. I take very good care of my Evoque and it only has 65,000 miles, but I've had to spend over $6,000 with timing chain issues. First time was replacement and this time was due to an oil leak from there.
The service is always excellent, and when I have a last-minute problem, they go out of their way to accommodate me and get me back on my way! This has been my experience with them for many, many years, and I've never once had a complaint.

They picked up my Rover and returned it after the maintenance was done. Everything went very smoothly.
